Post Conference Information for the
First International Conference on
Engaged Management Scholarship June 2–5, 2011

The Conference was organized by the Doctor of Management (DM) Program at the Weatherhead School of Management and was held at the Peter B. Lewis Building at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio USA. The Conference was open to all scholars actively involved in practicing engaged management scholarship or investigating different forms of it.

Thank you and congratulations to the Conference attendees, including those individuals who participated in the Doctoral Consortium, presented research papers and poster sessions, served as panel members and chairs, and honored us as keynote speakers, for making the first international conference of this kind a success.

Conference organizers received many positive comments about the Conference. It was an excellent venue for participants to network and share research. With over 90 people from 19 universities and colleges in attendance, it was an opportunity for everyone involved to discover cutting-edge management research produced by students in professional doctorate programs across the world. We will keep much of the website content online for the near future as a record of the Conference.

We look forward to the 2012 Conference which will be hosted by the Cranfield Executive Doctorate (DBA) Programme at the Cranfield University School of Management.
