The Career Development Center offers students powerful advantages for planning their career path and managing the challenges and rewards of the professional marketplace.
Personal Advantage. The Career Development Center is dedicated exclusively to Weatherhead graduate business students, including the career resource library and the on-line systems for networking and scheduling interviews.
- Weatherhead students benefit from individualized career counseling, direct referral system and networking opportunities available only in a small, personalized MBA program.
- Students with work authorization outside of the US and additional language fluency other than English, have interviewing opportunities at the International MBA Consortium in Orlando, Florida.
LEAD. Strategic career planning begins with the required first-semester core Leadership Assessment and Development (LEAD) course. Through thorough self-examination and personal planning, you will have the opportunity to honestly assess your skills and career goals and lay out a strategy to accomplish your professional and personal objectives.
